With Samsung and other companies such as apple bringing out new flagship phones each year for the people who love to get the best phone of the year. There is also the phones that some companies release that aren’t quite the best phones but still great phones nevertheless. The cheaper phone released by Samsung this year was the Samsung J7, but is the J7 worth buying over the flagship Samsung phone this year, the S7? So starting off with the body of the J7, it has a plastic back with metal sides, sorta like the S5 of a few years ago, it actually resembles the S5 quite a bit with the body. It has 2 GB of ram for quite smooth multitasking and gaming on the phone, along with 16 GB of internal memory expandable up to 128 GB. It comes stock with android lollipop but can be updated to 6.0.1 marshmallow. As for the camera it has a 12 megapixel F1.9 and a 5 megapixel on the front. It also has quite a big battery that has been said to last up to 11 hours with medium use. There are some things that are lacking though such as some sensors and its missing a duel mic. The J7 is priced at $250 and the S7 is priced at $500 so you decide if its worth it or not.
